About
Hi, I'm Madison.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6 years of experience, specializing in helping individuals who experience grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship issues. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but always tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
I strive to create a warm, calm, and safe space for healing. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical coping skills, and feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and always at your pace.

Self-pay: $175 per session. Payment by Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Cash.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
FAQ
Common questions
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Not at this time. All sessions are currently held by telehealth, but I plan to offer in-person sessions in the future.
Can I attend my sessions outside of NJ?
Because I'm licensed in New Jersey, you need to be physically located in NJ during your session. This applies to college students who live out of state temporarily: you would still need to be in NJ to attend.
When are you available?
Most weekdays and some evenings.
Will my insurance cover therapy?
Likely, if you have one of the plans listed above. Call or email and we can verify your coverage before we begin.
Who do you work with?
Adults and seniors in individual therapy. Not sure if I'm the right fit? The free consultation is a good place to find out.
What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?
That's completely okay. The free 15-minute consultation doesn't commit you to anything.
